The whole room was tidy and luxurious with a good shower, A/C plus kettle. Nice service, although a few employees were not very friendly. The location was good and great and the room was fairly clean.

I booked a room with a very comfy bed, climate control, multi-channel television, and a microwave. The good and absolutely perfect location was near Century City Mall. Bars and cafés were located near the hotel.

They had excellent staff that was always happy to assist us with anything we needed. the location of the hotel couldn't have been better, with several trendy cafes just a few steps away from the hotel. Plus, we enjoyed the comfortable rooms that were equipped with everything we needed to have a pleasant stay.
Although we had a good experience, there were some negative aspects too. the room was relatively smaller than what we expected and it felt cramped with our luggage in it.
